ANS:Business as usual,all that has happened is, there is a new owner and new name,Williams by Bachmann. Who is covering the WILLIAMS Warranty on existing stock being sold? ANS:Bachmann, item has a one year warranty from date of purchase to cover defects and repairs. Can I return a warranty issue to Williams for repair?ANS:No,all warranty/repairs go to Bachmann, Williams is officially closed. Will MA&PA be able to purchase OTHER Bachmann products, such as \\\\\\\"G\\\\\\\" gauge? ANS: Not known at this time. Will Bachmann expand on the Williams production line? ANS: It is my understanding that this is a definite yes. Larry Harrington(from WILLIAMS) has been hired as Gen.Mngr.to increase the product line. Will Bachmann start adding TMCC/DCS etc, to the engines? ANS: Unknown at this time. Will Bachmann still honor WILLIAMS \\\\\\\"Platinum Club\\\\\\\" prices? ANS: Unknown at this time.
